About Robyn

Here she is.

It was picture books that first inspired Robyn Jorde to become an artist.

In spite of education (MFA), career (including work as an art director, designer, and art teacher), and life in general, that first ambition to draw pictures for books still hasn’t changed.

Robyn’s work is generally mixed media and sometimes digital effects are included in the mix. She enjoys creating characters, depicting emotions, and humor.

She lives in Cedar Hill, Texas, with two extra-large dachshunds and one medium-sized husband.
